The EIWRC Annual Directors meeting was held at the Idaho Falls City Council Chambers located on Constitution Way in Idaho Falls, Idaho, at 7 pm. The coalition invited all members to its annual business meeting with a special invitation to cities of the Upper Valley Cities group.
The keynote speakers were Greg Curtis and Daren Coon from the Nampa and Meridian Irrigation District. (www.nmid.org) Their topic was the Nampa and Meridian solution of dual systems for City Land Subdivision Development.
