Open Letter to the Water Community
We present an open letter that was written and signed by a great many respected figures in the Eastern Idaho Water Community at large. You may find it to be useful as you prepare to vote in Idaho’s Primary Election next Tuesday, May 25th . The officers of the coalition feel it is important that voter be aware that Justice Burdick has considerable water law experience that greatly benefits and informs high court decisions. Losing this experience could have unpleasant consequences.
You will note that even though it is a primary election for most offices on the ballot, it is actually the final and only election for any judicial candidates on the ballot—including the Idaho Supreme Court. Not every voter is aware of this, so spread the word.
